The psychedelic romantic blunders of a love-obsessed rat and his delinquent dorm-mates as they dodge the RA and flounder into adulthood through the kaleidoscopic lens of college life.
THE RAINBOW FLOOR, USC CIRCA 2015
This is about Hakeem's journey to being a healthier, well-rounded critter. Like the younger bisexual DeLon, Hakeem comes from a broken home and tries to find love and reinvent himself in college. With no one to go to, Hakeem seeks romance advice in movies and television, resulting in the absolute WORST of awkward outcomes! He unknowingly became a "nice guy" *shivers*. While in college, Hakeem must unlearn a bunch of nice guy-isms, which will lead to him being true to himself, and being in more healthy relationships. This journey of self-growth also applies to other characters in the show, including Hakeem's two best friends, Chickpea and Dirk.
